Here is an example: During a single month you personally sell $2000.00 dollars Your personal team members as a group sell $10,000.00 Your commission would be à Personal commission $2000 x 40% = $ 800.00 à Team commission $10000 x 10% = $1000.00 Total Monthly Commission = $1800.00 (Now just imagine how high this can go – what if your team sold $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 or more – this IS possible)

Direct sales companies have a history of growing during an economic recession. Why? I can only speculate - but I believe it is because we still want to be pampered and feel good. Trips and expensive dinners might not be in the budget, but inviting friends over, socializing, and earning free items definately is in the budget and a great alternative.
Why Allura Designs? It is a new company that in itself has huge advantages. The market has not been saturated with representatives and/or hostess who have already "been there, done that". New companies spark interest - hostess want to be the first to show off a new product line to thier friends. The product line, also is a huge advantage. I know of no other company that markets stones this beautiful and they are made in the USA. They jewelry is unique, beautiful AND affordable. Mostly - the company is very very ground floor. This is a great opportunity regardless of experience. It allow us to grow and build as the company grows.
